We were able to purchase what we wanted for the price we wanted and move in within 30 days! 12 months later we decided to look for a larger place and again we contacted Ingo. I had been casually looking over the years (and Adi was my real estate agent) but never committed to buying. With my recent marriage, I was a bit more motivated to move. Adi was very committed to our cause which was very reassuring. He was always available to meet us, sometimes on short notice, for viewings and was very thorough in providing information to us (including specifications on places we were looking at, and also sales prices on properties sold which would assist us gaining a better understanding of the market). During the negotiations for the place we bought, Adi was consistently involved and provided all necessary information in a very timely manner. Even the other agent commented that Adi was very thorough and contacted her often. I feel as though part of the reason our offer was accepted was because of the process Adi undertook in presenting our offer to the agent.
